We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to lead our hospitality interior design projects in our London Studio. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading all design phases, establishing the vision, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement comprehensive design solutions for hospitality projects

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure design integrity and consistency

• Review and provide feedback on design and technical drawings

• Work with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawings and ensure compliance with design solutions

• Research and select fixtures and finishes to meet project requirements

• Obtain client approval and ensure integration into overall design

• Produce, review, and finalize space plans for projects

• Manage the design budget and ensure adherence to set budget

• Manage the work of junior designers and provide feedback on work product

• Organize and conduct client interviews to determine space needs and requirements

• Provide ongoing information to clients on design specifications

Qualifications:

• Graduate of architecture or design school, or equivalent experience

• 8+ years' experience in commercial hospitality interior design projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics

• Proficient with space planning methodology and furniture layout

• Expert sketching and rendering skills, as well as interior architecture detailing skills

• Extensive knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements

• Intermediate MS Office Suite skills, as well as advanced Revit and Adobe Creative Suite skills

• Excellent presentation and graphic communication skills
