About the Role
Aquent is seeking a highly skilled Store Design Manager to join our team. As a Store Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project working teams, managing design milestones, and delivering high-quality store designs that meet the company's strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project working teams to deliver store designs that meet the company's strategic growth plans.
- Manage design milestones and ensure timely delivery of high-quality store designs.
- Develop and implement creative design solutions that meet the company's brand expression and retail store standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design accuracy, buildability, quality, and timeliness.
- Travel approximately 50% to visit stores and meet with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in retail store space planning and design, or architectural and/or design consultancy practices.
- Fluent in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Smartsheet, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal, visual, and presenter communication skills to diverse business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated successful management of multiple projects and initiatives deliverables at different phases of development on time and within budget.
