Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the design industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage design projects, including budget control, scheduling, and workflow.
  • Collaborate with designers, contractors, and sub-teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and profitability.
  • Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to the development of SMC Design.
  • Act upon decisions made by Directors to drive the success of the company.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of post-grad experience in project management, specifically in design.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with CAD software, Microsoft Office, and project reporting.
