  • As a member of the senior management team, actively contributes to shaping the UK and global Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) strategy and priorities.
  • Manages the team by providing outcome-focused learning, coaching, guidance on key priorities, and day-to-day support for personal growth.
  • Leads the management of strategic priorities and projects for talent development in alignment with the People Strategy.
  • Utilizes modern learning methodologies to design blended learning experiences for the team.
  • Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of all Talent Programmes across the UK and Europe, while collaborating with regional managers.
  • Collaborates with regional managers to create and assess a global talent development agenda, focusing on scalable and impactful programmes and processes.
  • Manages strategic partnerships both internally and externally, with a commercial focus.
  • Reviews and manages nomination processes for talent programmes, maintaining relationships with partners and facilitators.
  • Establishes a globally consistent approach for all Talent Programmes in alignment with the L&TD strategy.
  • Works on reimagining Talent Development worldwide in collaboration with the Head of L&D and regional managers to drive equity in talent identification and development globally.
  • Supports HR with the Annual Talent process for the UK/Europe region and collaborates with regional managers to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Builds partnerships with the partner relations team to incorporate leadership skills into talent programmes and prepare future Partners for selection.
  • Oversees the redesign of high potential development programmes and coaching opportunities, optimizing internal and external expertise.

  • Proven experience working with regional and global teams in complex environments undergoing transformation.
  • Ability to partner, advise, and influence at all levels of the business.
