About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Manager to join our team at Driven Talent. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities and growing our business through relationship-building, pitching, and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on business development and sales, with a proven track record in generating and pitching new brand partnerships. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to fit various client needs and situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new revenue opportunities
  • Pitch and negotiate contracts with brand partners to secure new business
  • Manage and support a roster of talent, ensuring their growth, satisfaction, and involvement in relevant collaborations
  • Identify, negotiate, and sign promising new talent that aligns with the agency's mission and industries
  • Efficiently track contacts, deals, and communications using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership roles
  • Established network of industry contacts relevant to the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
