Leadership Strategy:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive leadership pipeline and development strategy that aligns with the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. This will involve:
- Developing and implementing a leadership development program that addresses the organization's needs and goals
- Collaborating with senior leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to assess and understand development needs

Talent Pipeline Management:
The Senior Manager, Leadership Development will support succession planning efforts to identify and prepare high-potential employees to build a robust pipeline of ready leaders. This will involve:
- Advising on usage and best-in-class practices for talent management and succession planning
- Managing internal and external coaching pools to support leadership development
Learning and Development:
The successful candidate will partner with the Learning Academy Team to design, deploy, and manage leadership development programs utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies to deliver engaging and effective leadership learning. This will involve:
- Building out the team and leadership effectiveness capabilities to enhance the performance, cohesion, and collaboration of teams
- Developing and implementing leadership development programs that address the organization's needs and goals
Stakeholder Collaboration:
The Senior Manager, Leadership Development will collaborate and foster strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to assess and understand development needs, ensure program alignment, and gain buy-in for leadership initiatives within their regions. This will involve:
- Maintaining a strong connection to industry leaders of Leadership Development and continuing development of personal and team subject matter expertise
- Collaborating with senior leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to assess and understand development needs
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, and will possess deep expertise in competency modeling and needs assessment and analysis. They will also have the ability to proactively manage large, multi-year projects to ensure budgets, schedules, and performance criteria are met.
