About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Manager to join our team at Driven Talent. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities and growing our business through relationship-building, pitching, and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on business development and sales, with a proven track record in generating and pitching new brand partnerships. You will also have a deep understanding of the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors, as well as experience in talent management and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales: Use your existing network of contacts to generate and pitch new brand partnerships, driving revenue growth through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Strategic Partnership & Sales: Develop creative solutions that align with brand objectives, pitching our talent to both new and existing partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Talent Management: Independently manage and support a roster of talent, ensuring their growth, satisfaction, and involvement in relevant collaborations.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts with a deep understanding of key variables like IP rights, paid/organic usage, and exclusivity.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and expand long-term relationships with brand partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and sign promising new talent that aligns with the agency's mission and industries.
  • CRM & Process Management: Efficiently track contacts, deals, and communications using HubSpot (or similar CRM), following internal processes and ensuring all deals and relationships are well-documented and managed.
Requirements
  • Sales-Oriented: Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership roles, with the ability to meet revenue targets.
  • Established Existing Network: Bring an established network of industry contacts relevant to the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Mission-Driven: Aligned with our mission of building fair and meaningful partnerships and committed to showcasing the value of our creators.
  • Adaptability: Natural communicator, able to tailor approach to fit various client needs and situations.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in business development, social media, influencer marketing, or talent management is highly valuable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching brands and providing clear instructions to talent.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is important for managing sales pipeline, contacts, and deals efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Salary will depend on experience, but will most likely fall within the range of £35,000-£55,000. Employees are entitled to 28 days' leave including bank holidays. Outside of contracted obligations, team members have enjoyed discretionary bonuses and extra leave, which will be formalised as the company continues to grow.
