The Role

As the Head of IT & Digital reporting to the CFO, you will lead EDF RE UK & Ireland's digital strategy development, execution, and IT operations. You will also be responsible for fostering in-house talent, building stakeholder relationships, and managing IT vendor partnerships. Your role will be crucial in driving the growth of EDF Renewables through digital tools and capabilities.

You will oversee a team of IT professionals and collaborate with shareholder IT teams to address current and future organizational needs. Developing a federated IT & Digital operating model will be essential to support the company's strategic objectives.



Key Accountabilities
  • Establish a clear digital strategy and roadmap for delivering key projects
  • Provide leadership in technology portfolio management
  • Define enterprise architecture in alignment with current and future requirements
  • Manage a portfolio of technology projects efficiently
  • Develop key performance indicators and service level agreements
  • Drive process efficiency and innovation in business operations
  • Enhance user satisfaction with IT services
  • Identify skill gaps, recruit, and develop talent
  • Manage external vendors to ensure project delivery
