An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the Senior Executive Officer team working with the Vice-President (Operations) and Deputy Vice-President (Operations).

You will be supporting the delivery of key projects across the Professional Services that will drive efficiency and service improvement. This will involve providing comprehensive administrative support, including arranging and servicing meetings, producing and managing project documentation, filtering problems and enquiries, providing advice and guidance on processes and procedures, monitoring plans and status reporting. You will work collaboratively with the project and other team members, providing a consistent and reliable service, to support and enable projects to progress and successfully deliver.

You will bring with you knowledge and experience of working with a range of stakeholders in complex and sensitive administrative environments. You will also have a keen eye for detail, but the ability to understand the wider strategic picture. It is important that you can manage conflicting demands and plan and prioritise your workload effectively. You will be proactive and able to use your own initiative, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

This role is offered on a 0.5FTE basis for a one year fixed term contract.
