**Location**:Hybrid (UK based, with flexibility to travel to Southampton HQ and customer sites as required by the business and/or our customers)

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

**The role**:
The role of the Project Administrator is to support the project delivery team on a day-to-day basis, being responsible for assisting in the delivery of projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

The Project Administrator will help the Project Manager with project governance to enable them to work with stakeholders, to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised.

A Project Administrator may also at times assist with administrative tasks relating to project estimating.

**Some key areas you’ll be working on**:

- Supporting the Project Manager in:

- Assisting in the end to end set up, delivery and close out of projects, across resourcing, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinating deliverables and dependencies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring and providing visibility on resources and plans to ensure high quality, on time, on budget, delivery.
- Proactive resource management and planning to balance customer delivery needs alongside the need to allow our technical resources to grow and have a diverse workload.
- Managing the creation and sign off of proposals and SOWs related to the client ecosystem.
- Assisting the Project Manager in leveraging this knowledge to consult with the customer to scope, plan and manage optimised project delivery in alignment with an agreed product roadmap and mutually agreed timelines

**Important to have**:

- Education to a degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
- Understanding and/or exposure to structured project management methodologies and running projects in a technology environment
- Clear and prompt communications with customers to ensure continual alignment and awareness to project delivery momentum
- Adaptable to different customer cultures and environments, but ultimately able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple customer engagements/discussions underway at any given time
- Strong emphasis on listening and understanding perspectives to allow a balanced position to be formed and communicated to people at all levels, internally and externally
- Able to clearly document outputs of all discussions and meetings to ensure actions, commitments and expectations can be understood and shared both by the customer and internal teams who need to support success
- Ability to engage and build relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and team members
- Excellent organisational skills
