**Project Support Administrator**
**The Role**:
We are supporting our client with the following temporary **Project Support Administrator** role in the Project Support team. The role is 9-5pm and Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis (Monday and Thursday from home) over a contract of 6 months.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Data entry for our resource module
- Document collation for audit and reporting
- Report creation and support for Project Support Officers
- Timesheet creation, distribution, and workflow management
- Handling queries from the SPS inbox
- Records Management and Data Analysis
- General Administration tasks including minute taking where required
- Anything else as deemed necessary by the management team
**About You**:
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and MS Office in general
- Great communication and organization skills
- Previous administration experience
