Site Administrator

We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Build Team based in the Southern Region.
**Location**: Bournemouth / Poole
**Contract**: Healthcare Projects, Full Time, Permanent with options for flexible working and part time hours.
**What will you be responsible for?**
As a Site Administrator, you'll be supporting the project teams on 2 different healthcare projects.
Your day to day will include:
- Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure, preparing weekly
reports and updating site information boards
- Processing invoices, assisting with drawings on viewpoint and updating the drawings register
- Ordering and managing materials and supplies for site and other additional general administration
duties
- Making arrangements for meetings and site visits such as ensuring parking, booking meeting
rooms, setting up meeting rooms and providing any needs identified by stakeholders.
- Providing support with the Corporate Social Responsibility team as well as assisting with Smart Waste reporting
**What are we looking for?**
This role of Site Administrator is great for you if have:
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Expert use of office, PowerPoint and excel
- Ability to travel to and between sites
- UK Driving license
