**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage office operations including answering phones and handling correspondence
- Maintain an organised filing system
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the team
- Utilise Microsoft Office various office tasks
- Type and proofread documents as needed
- Reporting to the Operations Director
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
