Administrative Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Multiple Access Communications Ltd. As an Office Management Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our company and its office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Provide support with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Health and Safety Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- IT Management: Administer subscriptions, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Business-Critical Paperwork: Manage contracts, process documents, and other critical paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Purchasing: Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Office Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office space.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including event planning and promotional materials.
- General Admin and Reception Duties: Provide administrative support, answer phone calls, and greet visitors.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
