Job Title: Administration Contract Management Specialist

At Integral UK LTD, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Contract Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to our Site Operations team.

  • Raise AWS sheets in a timely and accurate manner and chase old AWS's.
  • Follow Company administration procedures.
  • Carry out any other reasonable instruction from the line manager, their line managers or member of the senior management team.
  • Co-operate with the company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to Site Operations team.
  • Accurate and timely completion of AWS sheets.
  • Adherence to Company administration procedures.
  • Collaboration with senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
