Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

- Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET)
- Ideally have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare ideally up to Level 5
- Hold a minimum of 2 years’ occupational competency at Team Leader level or above within a Residential Childcare setting
- Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Must be flexible with travel

Duties include:

- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted
- Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Support, advise and motivate learners
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
