**Tutor - What’s involved?**
Being a tutor is a highly rewarding and meaningful role where you will support learners of all ages to achieve their career goals in childcare. You will deliver online group training sessions as well and 1 to 1 sessions with learners to support them in acquiring their knowledge to achieve their qualification. The role also involves working with stakeholders to support their employee/learner throughout their apprenticeship as well as assessing their work to ensure standards are met. There will be occasions when you are required to visit learners at their place of work to conduct face to face assessments with them.
- Childcare experience within a management role.
- Assessor trained (ideal but not essential)
- GCSE Maths & English (Or equivalent)
- Driving licence with own car
- Good communication and people skills are essential.
