The Role
The role of Sourcing Coordinator is integral to the Product Department at Club L London and instrumental in the development and successful implementation of the brand growth strategy.
We are seeking a motivated, methodical and self-reliant individual to join our expandingProduct Team as a Sourcing Coordinator. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to kick start a career in Sourcing and Product Development. The successful candidate will be someone with worldwide sourcing experience, ideally mandarin speaking.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Club L London product and support the brand growth journey through innovation and trend. Research & show confidence on presenting regular trends on fabrics, product, accessories etc Assist the Head of Sourcing and CEO with developing & maintaining a fit for future supply base which deliveries the right product at the right time with enhanced profitability and speed. Management of supplier's capacity and oversea the production plans for on time delivery. Assist the Head of Sourcing with the onboarding process, ensuring all proposed suppliers meet the needs of the business. Management and mitigation of supply base risk for short and long lead sourcing enabling agility and profitability. Management of the supplier capabilities and setting supplier KPIs while also undertaking regular supplier reviews and taking appropriate action where necessary. Building and leveraging relationships with a network of appropriate internal teams and external suppliers to drive speed through evolution. Work closely with all the other departments across the Product Department: Design, Product Development, Production, Merchandising, ensuring to develop a sound supply base, striving for consistent best practice partnerships. Participate in overseas sourcing trips and attend textile shows in the UK and overseas (availability for travelling overseas, especially China, 3-4 times per year). What's on offer?
