About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing and Ethical Operations Coordinator to join our Manchester office. As part of our responsible sourcing and ethical team, you will be responsible for all daily admin tasks related to the global supply base.

About the Team

Our company, boohoo group, has grown from a single brand with three team members in 2006 to 13 amazing brands and counting. We have offices worldwide and a 6,000+ strong team that we call our boohoo family. We are passionate, agile, creative, and one team, always pushing boundaries and striving for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with boohoo central and regional sourcing and ethical teams to ensure successful on-boarding of new suppliers and factories.
  • Support in sourcing new suppliers, arranging supplier meetings, and suppliers expos.
  • Assist in mapping and monitoring of global supply chain.
  • Work with suppliers and our audit partners to ensure all factories have a valid audit.
  • Assist the ethical compliance team with the maintenance of our global audit programme.

What You'll Need

  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working in an administrator role or similar.
  • Strong time-management skills and able to prioritize workload.
  • Confident using Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
