About The Role:

For a leading MSP in Cheltenham, specialising in providing innovative IT solutions and services. The team is passionate about leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies to transform workplaces and enhance productivity. We are currently seeking a skilled Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer with 3rd Line Infrastructure responsibilities to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Provide 3rd line support for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and regular maintenance tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Document processes, procedures, and solutions for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure.
  • Solid experience in providing 3rd line support and managing complex infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
