Spirax-Sarco Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Workplace, Infrastructure & Operations Manager (APAC) to lead our operations team in the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our digital workplace by defining and implementing innovative solutions that empower our workforce to be more productive and efficient. You will champion modern workplace technologies, ensuring seamless user experiences and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of our digital infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance the digital workplace experience for employees across the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT policies, procedures, and best practices that align with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Oversee the management of all Digital Workplace I&O activities within the region, including incident and problem resolution, service requests, change enablement, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive the transformation of our digital workplace into a lean, automated, and data-driven service delivery model.
  • Build and develop a high-performing regional Digital Workplace I&O team with the necessary skills and expertise to meet evolving demands.
  • Implement and support technical solutions that optimize workforce productivity and enhance collaboration.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading teams responsible for delivering digital workplace services to end-users.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Expertise in managing endpoint operational analytics and end-user experience monitoring tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives and implement automation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
