Job Title: Digital Workplace Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Workplace Portfolio Manager will oversee the global Digital Workplace portfolio from ideation through to delivery and benefits realization. The Portfolio Manager will possess matrix management responsibilities, moving potential projects through from ideation to delivery as well as responding to requests for Digital Workplace delivery from other business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the Digital Workplace portfolio, ensuring alignment with IT and business objectives and priorities
  • Portfolio optimisation through continuous review of the project portfolio and ensuring it meets the needs of the organisation while optimising value and efficiency
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams responsible for delivery projects, including Project Managers, Engineers, Architects and operational teams
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements; translating them into actionable project plans
  • Providing governance and oversight of projects/small programmes to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frame, scope and budget
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardisation and automation, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the portfolio and project delivery
Requirements:
  • Planning and delivering large, complex projects and portfolios, including Microsoft 365, automation technologies, telephony, EUC and core business applications
  • Portfolio management and delivery, including portfolio assurance and governance
  • Working experience of cloud computing technologies, connectivity and infrastructure
  • Pre-project planning and experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Change Management
