As a Security Program Manager within the Microsoft Threat Intelligence team, your position is vital in propelling research and development initiatives aimed at identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security threats for Microsoft and our clients. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security research and program management.

  • Expertise in defining and monitoring OKRs and KPIs for evaluating program performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts to prioritize solutions for pressing issues.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all initiatives.
  • Develop proficiency in analyst workflows and security principles.
  • Establish links between analyst workflows and AI technologies.
  • Partner with Engineering for comprehensive problem-solving strategies.
  • Ensure engineers comprehend the rationale behind their tasks and actively contribute to solutions.
