To further enhance our project and program management capabilities, we are in search of a dedicated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, overseeing:
  • The initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
  • Developing and managing project timelines.
  • Coordinating project personnel and key stakeholders while tracking project utilization.
  • Resource planning and allocation.
  • Managing RAIDO (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Opportunities).
  • Overseeing project administration.
  • Tracking deliverables and ensuring adherence to budgetary objectives.
  • Managing project invoicing and revenue recognition.
  • Reporting project metrics to the PMO and relevant stakeholders.
  • Traveling to client sites as necessary.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a project/programme/portfolio management environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of at least one 'Waterfall' project/programme/portfolio management framework/methodology.
  • Experience and a solid understanding of Agile project management.
  • Formal training and/or certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince II, APM, PMI).
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications, including:
  • MS Project.
  • MS Excel.
  • MS PowerPoint.
  • MS Word.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
