To further enhance our project and program management capabilities, we are in search of a dedicated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO).
Key Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, overseeing:
- The initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Developing and managing project timelines.
- Coordinating project personnel and key stakeholders while tracking project utilization.
- Resource planning and allocation.
- Managing RAIDO (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Opportunities).
- Overseeing project administration.
- Tracking deliverables and ensuring adherence to budgetary objectives.
- Managing project invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Reporting project metrics to the PMO and relevant stakeholders.
- Traveling to client sites as necessary.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- A minimum of three years' experience in a project/programme/portfolio management environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of at least one 'Waterfall' project/programme/portfolio management framework/methodology.
- Experience and a solid understanding of Agile project management.
- Formal training and/or certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince II, APM, PMI).
- Proficient in Office 365 applications, including:
- MS Project.
- MS Excel.
- MS PowerPoint.
- MS Word.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
