**Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist**

**Role Overview**:
The Digital Workplace Adoption Specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption of Digital Workplace technologies across Spirax Group with a particular focus on Microsoft 365. The DW Adoption Specialist will empower our global teams to collaborate and communicate effectively.

**Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on**
- Designing, coordinating and delivering training sessions to a diverse, global audience
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to assess the impact of technology changes and align learning initiatives with strategic business objectives
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for content engagement and evolution
- Monitoring adoption metrics, pinpointing usage gaps and areas for improvement
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organisation, encouraging ongoing development and knowledge sharing

**Your previous experience is likely to include.**
- IT training delivery and working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of the M365 suite, particularly Teams and SharePoint
- Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of sessions
- Working within a global, matrix organisation
