Administration Responsibilities:
- Reviewing incoming documents and contracts
- Accurately inputting documents onto the computer database
- Overseeing invoices and allocating accurately
- Liaising with internal teams to coordinate workload
- Communicating with clients when required
- Supporting with adhoc administration tasks as and when needed
Skills and Experience:
- A keen learner who is comfortable with computer systems
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with handling paperwork and client data
