Office Administrator

VR Bathrooms is currently looking for an experienced, full-time Administrator to join our friendly team in Bracknell, Binfield.
We are a well-established and expanding wholesaler that has been providing premium bathroom products nationally for the last 14 years.
This represents a great opportunity for the right individual, who will be positive, self-motivated, friendly, and proactive to join a growing and dynamic company.
**The Administrator’s main duties will include**:
- Answering incoming calls, taking and processing orders
- Providing administration support to the sales reps and operations manager.
- Expanding and maintaining our e-commerce sites
- Maintaining stock lists and ordering office supplies as needed
- Online marketing
- Scanning and filing appropriate documents as needed
- Processing the shipment of orders from various sales channels and dealing with third party couriers.
- Issuing claims for items damaged in transit.
- All aspects of customer service
This is an ideal role for someone who has great attention to detail and enjoys the challenge of managing a large amount of information and is well organised in their approach. We have ambitious growth targets for our e-commerce business and you will be a key player in this.
In addition if you have experience of working within the bathroom industry this would be highly advantageous.
**Essential Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- The ability to be a self starter
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
