Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident administrator to join our 'CQC rated Outstanding' Trust as an Administrator and valued member of the People Directorate. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the People Directorate Business Manager and Director of People, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the People Directorate Business Manager and Director of People, including diary management, meeting arrangements, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings and correspondence.
Develop and maintain efficient and effective office procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both within the Trust and externally, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, able to act with discretion around sensitive and confidential information. They will have knowledge and experience of using a variety of software Microsoft Office programmes/packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A full range of administrative duties, including minute-taking, will be an essential requirement.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a NVQ3 or equivalent qualification/experience, basic knowledge of administration and/or office procedures, and previous knowledge and experience of working in an office and/or customer care environment, undertaking a full range of administrative duties, including minute-taking. Knowledge and experience of using a variety of software programmes/packages will also be essential.
