About the role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transition Specialist to join our team in finance. 

 

As a Transition Specialist your sole purpose is to co-ordinate a multi-functional change and transition plan to feed into the Cadent plan on behalf of functions. 

 

You will be constantly engaging with multiple stakeholders across the business, ensuring that you are keeping project overviews updated at all times. You will also be facilitating and advocating good change management ways of working across the Cadent teams, and so what we are looking for is someone who has a proven track record of creating process improvements within large organisations, with an understanding of stakeholder management and developing good relationships.

What you'll get to work on:
  • Support individual teams and change project leaders with sound advice on techniques to help the delivery of their initiatives/projects
  • Working closely across the business, particularly project/programme sponsors and the Executive, to achieve the overall CBCP objectives and results
  • Manage the development of new projects/programmes to ensure that realistic assumptions and disciplines are used for business case purposes
  • Working co-operatively and effectively with Change/Transition/Transformation Managers accountable for developing, implementing and delivering plans
  • Working closely with the communications team to communication the CBCTP
  • Accountable for identification of dependencies and constraints and highlighting key issues, risk, opportunities and mitigations, feeding them into the Director of Business Change and Transition
Who are we looking for:
  • Process improvement / change management experience
  • Confident with stakeholder mapping and management, and an understanding of the Cadent Change Management Framework
  • Able to demonstrate experience of successful contribution to and/or leading significant projects within a business as Project Lead/Manager.
  • Project planning, management and delivery capability
  • Analytical skills, including cost and benefit assessments
  • Verbal and written communication skills - including Microsoft core packages
  • Motivate, inspire and engage employees (direct and indirect)
