Refuge Referrals, Resettlement and Transitions Worker

**Salary**: circa £25,000 per annum depending upon skills and experience

Full time post - 36 hours per week Monday to Friday plus occasional on call responsibilities on a rota basis (additional allowance paid)

Safe Harbour For All is looking for a Refuge Referrals, Resettlement and Transitions Worker to join our experienced Refuge team.

You will be a key part of the team responsible for the smooth running of the refuge service. You will assess referrals into the refuge, providing a specialist resettlement service towards the end of a resident's stay and support during the transition period as they move from refuge into new accommodation in the community.

You will need:

- Experience of supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse or other trauma.
- Minimum: Three years experience
- A professional, flexible and trauma informed approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise competing demands whilst remaining calm in stressful situations
- A full driving licence and car that you can use for work purposes.
