What you'll do: 

  • Keeping up-to-date with Retail Ranger promotions and RSP (Recommend Selling Prices)
  • Ensure that the Kappture EPOS Till data reflects the current tariffs, RSP & Promotions
  • Late requests and amendments for hospitality (and free issues) - ensuring that admin bills back correctly to CBL
  • Ensure compliance in relation to allergens.
  • Client & customer satisfaction
  • Employee performance, supervision & training to comply with HSE
  • Customer satisfaction with the catering outlets and hospitality service
  • Motivation of Front of House Team

Package Description

FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD

  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday with Possible Weekend Work
  • 35 Hours per week
  • £13.15 per hour
