What you'll do:

Keeping up-to-date with Retail Ranger promotions and RSP (Recommend Selling Prices)Ensure that the Kappture EPOS Till data reflects the current tariffs, RSP & PromotionsLate requests and amendments for hospitality (and free issues) – ensuring that admin bills back correctly to CBLEnsure compliance in relation to allergens.Client & customer satisfactionEmployee performance, supervision & training to comply with HSECustomer satisfaction with the catering outlets and hospitality serviceMotivation of Front of House Team
