**What you’ll do**:

- Keeping up-to-date with Retail Ranger promotions and RSP (Recommend Selling Prices)
- Ensure that the Kappture EPOS Till data reflects the current tariffs, RSP & Promotions
- Late requests and amendments for hospitality (and free issues) - ensuring that admin bills back correctly to CBL
- Ensure compliance in relation to allergens.
- Client & customer satisfaction
- Employee performance, supervision & training to comply with HSE
- Customer satisfaction with the catering outlets and hospitality service
- Motivation of Front of House Team

**What you bring**:

- Client and customer focused mindset
- Experience with front of house catering & retail outlets
- IT/PC skills advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a team
