- **What you’ll do**:

- To ensure that all the duties and tasks under your control are covered by the staff available and where applicable arrange staff cover.
- To organize staff rotas and holiday planners in conjunction with manager/production team
- To provide high personal standards of performance, hygiene, and appearance
- Ensure that all staff performs their tasks correctly, give necessary training and report any matters which you cannot resolve to Management
- To complete annual employment performance reviews
- To always ensure that Company, and statutory regulations of hygiene and safety and all allergen information is adhered to by all members of staff under your control

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in a culinary role, with supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Excellent organisation and communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences

Package Description
- **Front of House Lead**:

- **Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 3:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 12:00pm, possible weekends and cover for backshift ending at 8:00pm.**:

- **35 hours per week**:
