Overview
The Business Development Executive, Learning Solutions Europe will be responsible for supporting other business development team members' efforts to identify, prioritise and target prospective business leads for Learning Solutions from Syneos Health, and supporting strategic project oversight with the intention of growing the customer relationship.
Responsibilities
- Support incoming pitch opportunities alongside senior business development leadership
- Responsible for follow-up activities and closure with the Demand Creation Lead
- Support Business Development (BD) activities in a Hybrid Selling Environment (Live and Virtual)
- Work with the delivery team and business development team to plan for solution implementation and appropriate resourcing to support customer projects
- Support Deployment Solutions customer opportunities including Launch proposal development and pitch preparation and delivery
- Attend weekly project status calls to remain relevant to our customers' relationships and manage issues related to strategic project vision and/or budget
- Develops capability decks for prospective customer presentations
- Contribute to outbound organic and inorganic business development outreach - may also be responsible for managing inbound non-proactive opportunities

- Bachelor's degree with experience in the healthcare industry in a training, sales, marketing, commercial operations and/or BD capacity preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, supportive and contributes to team goals
- Natural connector of people and an excellent communicator
- Capable of thinking strategically and tactically both short and long-term relative to customer and industry
- Track record of closing business partnerships/deals.
- Experience supporting pitch preparation.
- Demonstrates strong character/business ethics, particularly work ethic, integrity and honesty
- Occasional travel may be required, both local and/or air travel
- Be a positive ambassador of the company, its vision, mission and goals
- Represents the company professionally and credibly during and outside of company hours
