Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Real Estate & Corporate Groups, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Utilize your expertise in commercial markets to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling credentials, winning pitches, and RFP responses that showcase our firm's capabilities.
  • Support the professional growth and development of our Business Development Executives, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure the accuracy and alignment of our CRM system with firm-wide programs and initiatives.
About You:
  • Proven experience in business development, with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
  • Previous exposure to commercial markets, particularly in real estate and corporate sectors.
  • Ability to manage diverse business development programs and projects, with a focus on delivering results.
