HR Project Analyst
Based in Liverpool
Contract role for 8 months potential for extension
Pay rate up to 150.00 per day (depending on experience)

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical space to recruit this role on a contract basis, initially for 8 months with the potential for extension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with the company's HR Shared Service Centre, operational management & external vendors to ensure the smooth implementation, process creation & the adoption of new HR technologies and systems across the business.

Duties involved in this role will include:
Contributing to the delivery of the HR centralisation project, including the implementation of new technology
Working closely with the project lead and co-ordinator to ensure project milestones & targets are met & within budget
HR policy creation & improvement across multiple offices in different countries
Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aligned and clear on their roles in the successful delivery of the project
Management of relationships and engagement with key stakeholders around any concerns or issues
Contributing to the rollout of new AI HR technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Mapping & documenting HR processes for all countries involved in the project
Ensuring that documentation held is comprehensive and supports the transition to centralized HR operations
Creating knowledge articles for employee self-service portals, ensuring employees have access to clear, easy-to-understand resources for navigating HR processes
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the HR Shared Service Centre, providing detailed guidance for HR teams on handling inquiries and processes

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
Extensive previous experience in HR transformation or HR project delivery roles, preferably across multiple offices & geographical areas
Experience with HR process documentation, mapping, and knowledge article creation
First class communication, relationship & stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations & influence all levels of business
Solid demonstrable knowledge of HR compliance, including GDPR
