About the role

Student Programmes

Service Line/Sector course administration and booking of annual plans

Research into external venues required for events, discuss with Senior Manager and/or Assistant Manager before booking and ensuring all aspects of the event are agreed with the trainer.

Work with Senior L&D Manager to ensure all compliance training is delivered and completed by whole firm.

Book and administer Specialist CPD courses as requested.

Assist L&D Assistant manager with booking and attendance on Personal skills training and other offerings such as the excel training program

Support with metrics and evaluations

Assist L&D Assistant manager with day to day running of the firm's apprenticeship program.

Regular checks and maintenance of L&D records via the LMS system and core metrics.
