As a Regional Manager, you'll be:

  • Leading and motivating your team to maintain and improve performance standards across your Region.
  • Assisting Registered Managers in implementing initiatives and embedding good practices throughout the staff team.
  • Working closely with home managers to continue the delivery of excellent care and clinical services to residents.
  • Ensuring compliance in the Region with statutory, regulatory and best practice.
