Job Overview

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team in the UK and France, responsible for delivering technical assistance and training for our avionics solutions to clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will encompass both remote support and on-site visits to customer locations within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance and training for our avionics solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely.
  • Conduct travel within the region for customer engagements, training sessions, and equipment installations.
  • Install systems at client locations and ensure optimal performance through thorough testing.
  • Educate clients on the operation and upkeep of the equipment.
  • Present technical information regarding our products to various audiences.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to engineers, technicians, and clients.
  • Monitor and report client issues to detect patterns and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to uncover potential sales opportunities.
  • Manage case information using Salesforce.
  • Be available for support outside of standard working hours when required.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the avionics sector.

Desirable:

Familiarity with our product offerings.Prior experience in technical support roles.Background in Flight Data Analysis.
