Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Business Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-line business application support and assist with system administration tasks for projects related to existing customers and new customer setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users and assist with system administration tasks
  • Assist with project administration and mobilization for new customer setups
  • Work collaboratively with the IT Support Analysts to ensure departmental cover
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our applications and systems

Requirements:

  • Application knowledge (ERP/CAFM)
  • Experience within the FM industry desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate support and administration skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
