About the Role

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to provide administrative support to our client, regional facilities managers, and wider contract team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing office functions and ensuring deadlines are met for submission of documentation relating to compliance, QHSE, KPI, and reporting.
  • Assist with identifying and contributing to the improvement of administration processes and tasks, embracing a collaborative learning culture with your team and the wider business.
  • Deliver customer service by telephone and email, utilizing excellent customer service skills and knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, utilizing good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • Experience of providing administrative support to a team.
  • Experience of delivering customer service by telephone and email.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
