Job Overview

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Team Leader to manage the day-to-day processing within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Delegating and managing a team of assistants through various tasks to ensure an efficient and effective invoicing service to all employees across the business.
  • Ensuring that the accounts payable function is delivered accurately and on time, in a professional and well-respected manner to the Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Reviewing and supporting company expenses process, including weekly expenses payment runs for UK colleagues and fortnightly expenses payment runs for Ireland colleagues.
  • Liaising with business to drive first time match and identify common issues and implement the necessary controls to remove.
  • Allocating resource within their Accounts Payable team effectively, between each 'company' within their remit.

Requirements

  • Experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance position with leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience on a financial system, ELO and Navision would be desirable.
  • Desirable experience in UK and European VAT.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
