YOUR ROLE

 

As an Import Coordinator, you will be responsible with providing a high standard of customer service to our customers. Working in the Import department, you will be required to process import documentation and engage with various external customers to ensure shipments are administered from start to finish.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Execute import shipments effectively and efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Support with customs clearance procedures and confirm all delivery requirements using internal systems/
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with import experience ideally within a 3PL environment. Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do and you will be an excellent communicator. Ideally you will have proven experience of customs experience and have the ability to build relationships.
