The role:

The interim Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting the finance department with the challenges of a growing business.

  • Daily reconciliation of direct-to-consumer payments, ensuring they align with Sage records
  • Processing supplier stock invoices on sage
  • Undertake additional ad hoc duties/ projects as and when required
  • Assist with the yearly audit
  • Responsible for the processing employee credit card expenses on SAP Concur, including reconciling accounts, chasing outstanding credit card submissions, and downloading expense reports
  • Cover other finance duties when other team members are absent

Profile:

  • Literate of the use of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's).
  • Experienced with both AR & AP ledgers
  • The ability to process and enter data accurately and quickly
  • Experienced with processing employee expenses
  • Accounting experience and using Sage 200 is desirable, but not essential.

On offer:

Salary circa - £27,000 to £30,000

Length - 6 months of work

Hybrid pattern - 2 days in office & 3 days at home
