Head of Customer Experience - Plymouth Community Homes

Your Role: We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive Head of Customer Experience to lead our strategies in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This newly created role will see you leading a "customer first" culture, enhancing choice and streamlining contact channels, ensuring our services are both efficient and achieve our customers’ expectations. You'll work closely with our Executive and Senior Management Teams to shape strategies that put our customers first and ensures the voice of the customer influences positive change across the organisation.

Lead the transformation of customer experience across the organisation.
Implement innovative customer journey mapping and data-driven improvements.
Champion a customer-centric culture, empowering teams to deliver top-tier service.
Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and resolve issues at the first point of contact.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
