We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-time solutions for customers via telephone and email
  • Deliver excellent quality of service and meet personal quality targets
  • Deal with difficult complaints in a kind, supportive, and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Be computer literate and proficient in the use of email, spreadsheet, and word processing software
  • Make decisions involving money based on specific guidelines
  • Achieve first-time resolution with quality telephony responses

Requirements:

  • A passion and commitment for delivering a great customer experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workloads to timescales
  • Flexible and innovative with the ability to easily adapt to changing customer demands
  • Enthusiastic and responsive - seeking a positive resolution for all customers
  • Self-motivated. Able to work as part of a team or alone
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Call centre experience with complaints handling would be desirable but not essential
