Regional Service Technician

Job Summary:
The Advocate Group is seeking a skilled Regional Service Technician to join our team. As a Regional Service Technician, you will play a key role in the installation and maintenance of key equipment at Out Of Homes venues across the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 2nd line reactive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct customer surveys on premise to identify solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Install new equipment on customer premises, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Undertake planned maintenance in accordance with a schedule to prevent equipment downtime.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Respond professionally to customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Work in accordance with safe systems of work and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
About You:
- You have experience in a technical role, preferably within the drinks market, but other backgrounds will be considered.
- You possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- You are a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
