Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 2nd line reactive maintenance and conduct customer surveys to identify solutions
- Install new equipment on customer premises and undertake planned maintenance according to schedule
- Develop strong relationships with customers and respond professionally to complaints
- Work safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures
