Position Overview

The Field Service Manager is a key role responsible for leading the strategic growth and planning of the deployment team. You will oversee the management of low voltage technicians and sub-contractors, making suggestions for technician deployment, routing, and scheduling of large projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and provide accountability to the Resource Deployment and FSS Technician teams.
  • Manage the FSS Technicians and Onsite Project Coordinators, including hiring, training, and growth.
  • Schedule, route, and manage PTO for technicians.
  • Conduct annual reviews and develop growth plans for technicians.
  • Vet sub-contractor candidates and manage sub-contractor relationships.
  • Liaise with Deployment Partners and ensure Master Service Agreements are executed and maintained.
  • Proactively improve processes through planning and refinement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling and routing field technicians or a similar role.
  • Project Management background preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
